As one of the hotels with the best view in Dubai, the hotel itself won many awards. In fact, it’s awarded as the most romantic hotel in Dubai. It’s a true gem that also offers unrivalled views of the Dubai Creek and the iconic Burj Khalifa. Nestled next to the renowned Dubai Creek Yacht and Golf Club, this picturesque haven combines the charm of Mediterranean-inspired villas with a vibrant urban atmosphere. It’s a city getaway with a touch of Greek Island scene. Park Hyatt is not only family-friendly but also an ideal urban escape- a tranquil hotel that lets you unwind without venturing far from city.

Stay in Mediterranean-style villas with water views.

A few weeks ago, our wanderlust brought us to a remarkable “Dubai staycation” at Park Hyatt. We stayed at a white Mediterranean-style villa that offered stunning views of a beach lagoon, with the iconic Burj Khalifa majestically looming in the distance. It has interconnected rooms, each featuring state-of-the-art bathrooms, offices, and patios.

We loved the charming Greek-inspired patio located directly across from the serene beach lagoon. This idyllic spot was a stunner, sparing us from the need to walk far in order to enjoy the waters. Moreover, we adored the sight of yachts gracefully gliding through the lagoon. The patio was also outfitted with sun loungers and luxurious towels, creating the perfect environment for the ultimate relaxation experience.

After refreshing ourselves, we swam in the lagoon and soaked in one of the most incredible marina scenes in Dubai. There were massive inflatable donuts and we gleefully hopped onto them to float around. We relished the experience while being treated to one of Dubai’s most breathtaking sunsets. To add to the fun, we indulged in ice cream and cocktails near the bar, making it an absolutely fantastic time.

Park Hyatt Dubai Pool

The following day, we embarked on an adventure within the hotel, opting for a refreshing dip in one of the two splendid infinity pools at Park Hyatt. There’s one for families, and the other is an exclusive retreat for adults. The adult pool boasts a stunning setting, an infinity pool that overlooks Dubai Creek and the majestic Burj Khalifa. On the flip side, the family pool is equally appealing, with an array of floaties perfect for relaxation, even for the grown-ups. The pool is fitted with a jacuzzi on the side, which, to our delight, became a big hit to my kids.

Elegant dining and romantic strolls by the creek await you.

Park Hyatt boasts a selection of elegant restaurants offering delectable cuisine. Our first dining destination was Thai Kitchen. This is a personal favorite of mine in Dubai, and I was delighted to revisit it with my kids. Our order included green curry, stir-fried beef, crab cakes, and egg fried rice. To cap off our meal, we all savoured a cup of coconut ice cream. Thai Kitchen holds the distinction of being one of Dubai’s oldest Thai restaurants, and its reputation is well-deserved. With three live kitchens, you can truly savour the authentic Thai flavours straight from their kitchen. So, if you’re hankering for genuine Thai cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit.

Breakfast at Park Hyatt Dubai

For breakfast, we headed to Brasserie du Park, and we all fell in love with the scrumptious meals. This breakfast nook has become one of my favourite dining spots. It features an open kitchen concept with mouth-watering pastries, fresh fruits, and the option to request fresh crepes, waffles, or even omelettes. Moreover, you can select your choice of fruits from the kitchen to create your personalized smoothie. Before we departed, the staff presented us with a personalized waffle drizzled in chocolate syrup and adorned with fresh strawberries and raspberries, bidding us farewell with a “see you soon.” It was this exceptional hospitality that made me realize why this hotel has been consistently winning awards for years.

After breakkie, we were so full that we decided to go for a walk. We had a pleasant stroll along the Marina and stumbled upon a romantic spot: a bench under a tree adorned with heartstrings, overlooking the creek. We watched boats passing by and simply savored the serenity of the area, as if we were on a nature retreat, far from the city.

Park Hyatt View

Park Hyatt is one of the hotels with the best views of Dubai. It offers a serene dock where yachts sail, a mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa, and the charm of white Mediterranean architecture, evoking the sensation of a Greek getaway. If you’re in search of the ideal city stay, look no further. What’s more, it’s been voted one of the top 6 hotels in the Middle East for 2023.
