We even took a scenic drive in a miniature Ferrari, feeling transported to the beauty of Italy. It was a level of fun we’d never imagined!

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi welcomes visitors daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It’s divided into four zones. And if you’re exploring with school-aged kids and toddlers, the family and the racing zone are a must-visit. Our first stop was the family area. My daughter, an avid fan of roller coaster adventures, had a blast on the Formula Rossa Junior. It’s the perfect mini-roller coaster that lets kids experience the same thrilling rush as the grown-ups; all inspired by the world’s fastest roller coaster.
We also had an exhilarating time at the Turbo Tower. This is where we encountered a thrilling rush of adrenaline during the extraordinary zero-gravity plunge. This towering structure, standing at a breathtaking height of 13.5 meters, elevates you to witness a mesmerizing bird’s-eye view of the stunning park before plunging you into an electrifying ‘Ferrari adrenaline rush.
Racing Zone: Unleash Your Inner Racing Champion: Experience the Ferrari Thrill
Furthermore, my kids had a fantastic time behind the wheel of the scaled-down Ferrari F1 racing car. This area offers young ones the opportunity to refine their racing skills and immerse themselves in the thrill of a semi-race. The Junior GP zone is where the future racers can test drive small Ferrari F1 cars, enhance their racing abilities, and relish the exhilaration of speed. My son enjoyed it so much that he couldn’t resist doing it twice. The queue was short, and kids between 1.1 meters and 1.4 meters in height can join in on this heart-pounding experience.
Relax and Savor the Scenic Beauty of little Italia
In my previous visit to Ferrari World, I had the exhilarating opportunity to ride Formula Rossa and Flying Aces, two roller coasters that left me in awe. Formula Rossa, renowned as the world’s fastest roller coaster, catapults you to a breathtaking speed of 240km/h in an astonishing 4.9 seconds. On the other hand, Flying Aces claims its fame as the world’s highest roller coaster, reaching a thrilling speed of 120km/h. Whew, these roller coasters will really take your breath and your “soul” away for a matter of seconds.
They truly delivered a heart-pounding blend of fear and excitement. And I can’t forget that feeling till now. However, amidst these adrenaline-pumping experiences, my absolute favorite at Ferrari World is the scenic drive in a charming miniature Ferrari 250 California. Perhaps it’s because I can vividly imagine myself cruising through the picturesque landscapes of the Italian countryside and iconic architecture, making it an unforgettable and enchanting adventure.
Ferrari World offers an abundance of exhilarating rides that families will adore. One standout was the ‘Speed of Magic’ ride, a captivating 4D fantasy experience. In this attraction, you’re treated to an enchanting movie while seated in a cozy 8-seater vehicle, complete with thrilling twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat.
For my son, he undoubtedly enjoyed ‘Nello’s Adventureland,’ where the little ones can immerse themselves in thrilling slides, challenging climbs, and endless fun.
Additionally, we had the pleasure of watching a short film that delved into the fascinating world of Ferrari, offering behind-the-scenes at its renowned factory in Maranello.
Savoring Authentic Italian Cuisine in a Charming Trattoria
For dining, we ventured to Mamma Rossella, an award-winning trattoria renowned for its delectable pizza and pasta. Nestled within the enchanting Italian zone, this restaurant boasts not only mouthwatering cuisine but also cozy seating that immerses you in the charm of Italian scenery. I ordered a lasagna that was so incredibly indulgent, it felt like my seams might burst!
